ASTRO OH ASTRO

Salam.. 

Seperti mana yg kita tgk kt tv... skg ni ramai pelanggan2 ASTRO telah complaint psl service mrk... bagi aku.. mmg patut ASTRO kene complaint.. ( jgn mrh ye astro..lol) sebab they need to remember that customer is their main profit.. customer will be platinum customer if they satisfy with the quality of service and product that organization provide to them.. yela... pelanggan kan selalu betul.. 

Punca2 pelanggan complaint kt astro.. sudah tentu la sbb ASTRO naik kan harga tp they lack of quality in their service... ye la... customer yg melanggan ASTRO mmg akan complaint lebih2 lagi time hujan.. kalu 2 hari hujan.. mmg x tgk tv la depa.. masalah siaran akan berlaku time hujan.. dan ASTRO seems do nothing to upgrade their own systems.. dah la byr mahal.. hujan x leh nk tgk.. pastu cerita kt HBO, STAR MOVIES AND SOON.... are completely boringggg... nape doang x bagi je cite2 yg menarik? yela.. da byr kan.. jd bagi la movie yg boleh wt customer x boring nk tgk byk kali...

harap ASTRO akan cuba la upgrade their services... bukan ape.. utk long term relationship with customer and satisfy both of parties.. due2 dpt untung.. customer pon suke nk melanggan astro... ASTRO pon xleh nk mrh.. sbb they need to know.. complaint will lead them to glory.. they need to take complaint as their advantage to know their own strength and weakness.. customer's complaint are so precious actually...

So ASTRO.. i hope you may consider this matter in order to make customer feeling trust with your service, confidence to use your service and comfortable to use your service..
